Our Services
At B.H. Builders we offer a verity of construction services and expertise. We specialize in General Contracting, Concrete Construction and Construction Management.
General Contractor
This is the most popular method of Contracting that we are involved in. While we have successfully completed several CM projects, most of our work is done thru General Contracting. We are actively involved in competitive bidding for projects within 150 miles from our office. We also have ongoing Annual Projects with the Alachua County School Board for Master Task Order Projects. To complement that we currently are the Contractor of Record for Carpentry Services and Concrete Services for the School Board of Alachua County.
Concrete Construction
We self-perform all concrete work for the projects that we build. We also perform total concrete services for many other General Contractors throughout and outside of the State of Florida
Construction Management
One of our very first projects in 2000 was a CM Contract. While this is a preferred method of Contracting for some Clients, we find that CM Contracts tend to cost the Client more than GC Contracts due to the Jobsite Administration Costs that tend to come with that type of project. Also, the larger size CM’s tend to come with a much higher price. If the end result is the concern, you can get our project completed with B H Builders, Inc., for much less.
